Bexercise now offers Health M.O.T Days for Corporate Clients or groups of Family/Friends.
These include one to one health checks on Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist/Hip Ratio, followed by advice on lifestyle changes/improvements and goals.
We also offer a Health Talk to the group during lunch breaks or at the end of the day. Topics include; Breathing, Hydration, Where, When & How You Eat, Lifestyle Analysis, Stress, Relaxation, Sleep, Posture, Exercise, Digestion and many more.
We review these checks every three months to monitor progress and set further goals to achieve.
